About Andhra University Online

Andhra University, established in 1926 by the Madras Act, is an internationally recognized university in India with a history of 97 years. According to the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), it holds the 43rd position among the top universities in India. The University has received an A Grade from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and has been authorized by the UGC to offer its programs in online format.

The University presently offers online programs for students, including Bachelor’s Degrees, BCom (Accountancy), and a Masters degree in M.A Sociology. Andhra University consists of five colleges and four campuses in total. The largest college among the Colleges of Arts and Commerce is the one that has 26 internal departments and offers courses in 42 different subjects, including diplomas. The College of Engineering has 15 departments that provide undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programs.
