Admission Process
To enroll in the PGDM program offered by JKBS Gurgaon, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks and a valid scorecard from MBA entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, etc. The selection process depends on the candidate’s academic performance, entrance exam scores, and the institute’s own MSG, WAT, and PI processes. - Management Simulation Game (MSG): Candidates will receive login details for MSG on the JKBS website to play the game for a single day and submit it after completion. They must finish all tasks provided through the given URL. The main goal is to assess critical thinking, analytical skills, and understanding of basic business principles.
- Writing Ability Test (WAT): Candidates will receive a video link for the Writing Ability Test and must write 200–250 words based on the video clip. This initiative evaluates the candidate’s writing, creativity, and clarity skills.
- Personal Interview (PI): Candidates will be interviewed by a panel of experts. The interview will last approximately 25–30 minutes and will assess attitude, aptitude, aspirations, interpersonal abilities, clarity of thought, and ability to handle various situations.
