FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE STUDENTS UNDER ECONOMICALLY WEAKER SECTION (EWS)
To be eligible for this scholarship, a candidate must either possess a National Food Security Card (with transactions from the last six months) or have a family income from all sources not exceeding Rs. 2,50,000 per annum. The income certificate must be issued by an SDM or an equivalent officer nominated by the Central or State Government.
Financial aid for applicants is limited to a maximum of Rs. 50,000 per academic session. However, the Committee may recommend financial assistance beyond Rs. 50,000 in exceptional cases, based on the reasons and justification provided.
